RLODC - Durham 2022

Shame about all of them!
This is why I wasn't happy with the idea of counting on carse, I felt whatever we got from him should have been seen as a bonus. Out for so long and if he's ever really had a prolonged spell in the side it's so far back I've forgotten it.

Sadly carse and coggers I've basic tgiven up on ever been reliable players. Gutting for us and gutted for them like

As bad as the earth 90s this.

Probably a fair comparison tbf as the club is basically starting from scratch again only instead of rising a wave of enthusiasm and excitement we've had the heart ripped out of the club and instead if being encouraged by the ECB they're letting the entire system rot and the 'competition' is less balances than ever been haves and have nots

Although I can see Ned getting the nod.
Ned Eckersley has been released, gone.
As far as "communication" from the club, the man in charge is Marcus North, NOT Franklin.
North approves/releases information for public consumption via his staff. They cannot release information without his approval.

A gentle reminder 😉 In the event of a forum member making up the numbers priority will be given to those with DSL experience rather than the NEPL 😃

Sadly, the pinnacle of my batting career was 13no for Reyrolles Juniors in about 1976. Though I love cricket, I was pretty crap at it 😁

Mind, I couldn’t have done worse than some of our lot out there today 🙁

Apparently he's off to do is it law? Or something else equally intelligent.

Don't blame you it's absolutely dismal this. Only a very few of the prawn sarnie folk have come back out to watch it. At least it's sunny

After I left, I was speaking to another DCCC member who was parked next to me. We were talking about the contrast with the corresponding game at South North last year, when we stuffed Lancs playing great cricket. Seems like light years ago 🙁

Oh, and the small group of Surrey members sitting near me were the biggest know it all gobshites I have heard at a cricket match for a long time. Just added the icing to the cake really. Their celebration when Badger was bowled was very surprising and not what I’d expect from cricket supporters.
