RLB will be gone before next season

My feel about RLB is that, like Speakman, he'll take us to a certain point and then move on. I think that RLB has the potential to be a great manager but he'll reach his ceiling with us.

When that is I have no idea, but I'd suggest he'll be here start of the next season

I think this is the most sensible and logical opinion.
Bar from a few emotional reactions majority of the fanbase still like Rlb..
As you said, We replaced half the squad and got a replacement for speakman last summer, so if KLD thinks he's got another in his sights he'll get him in

My personal favourite was someone asked OP did they inject themselves in the head with heroin
It will be Ghisolfi who advises if RLB is no longer fit for purpose

Talks in riddles about connections
dynamics and experiences reminiscent of Cantona and the seagulls

Any manager worth his salt would have put a rocket up them at half time but we have been papering over the cracks for a long time.

Lets face it we got lucky in the play offs, lucky at Wembley and Xhaka has been acting as de,-facto manager on and off the pitch.

Without him we are rudderless and will probably splutter our way to safety.

Ghisolfi brought in a number of quality players who dont need a great deal of " management" and yet RLB still insists on Hume in the hybrid role.

KLD has to much invested to fail and Ghisolfi will be working on a manager to take us to the next level.

Nice guy but he has to go in the name of progress.
Instead of another shrimp on the barbie, any chance you could hoy your opinions on instead.

Yes let’s sack the manager and go back to the success we had a few years ago.

Oh how I mourn those halcyon days of the third tier of English football.

And while we are on let’s sack the next manager as well. And the fella after him.

And the groudsman.

Your card is marked as are the 12 sad souls who actually liked your OP.

As, you are probably 12, I'll try not to be too harsh. Stop being a mag!

Are there many managers out there better than him that we could get right now? Promoted without parachute payments with a young squad and then 40pts by the start of March after the 6 promoted teams before us went down with a whimper. That’s a really good CV that.
Spot on really good manager remember we have relatively small squad with half the squad PL quality other half developing towards PL quality. I have a feeling we will lose a few more fringe players from the championship & will bring in more PL Quality. In the summer

If RLB completely abandons the style of play that has got us to 40 points and spends the next 9 games trying to get his players to play a totally different way and loses all 9 (which would be expected really), the same posters saying we should attack more will be saying he needs to go.

Some people are completely and utterly clueless when it comes down to tactics / style of play and the likes, we’ve clearly came up and built up the defence, without a solid back line you have next to no chance and we’ve sacrificed attacking play in order of being solid at the back. Totally fine and understandable considering where we came from. Over the next few windows I’ve no doubt more focus will be put on the attacking play whilst also not neglecting the defensive side we have built up.

Why do people just think they can go on the training ground on Monday and transform to a completely different mindset of play to suddenly start scoring 3 goals a game. Some people really are dense as fuck. RLB is doing absolutely brilliant and is without doubt the man for the job, just stop all the negative bullshit man, if you haven’t got a clue then just don’t post and embarrass yourself.
