RLB will be gone before next season

Reckon he's done alright but nothing spectacular.

Where we finished last season in the league was about right for our squad. I'd say par performance.

With the players we have this season, we shouldn't be going down. It's not the case that we've come up, tried to survive on a shoestring and pulled a rabbit out of a hat.

We've brought in some very good players who should be competitive in this league. Again, I'd say where we are in the league at the moment is broadly a par performance.

We spend far too much time on the back foot during matches. I'm hoping that's Le Bris being solid and well organised first and foremost and that will change when we add a couple of more players in the summer.

Reckon he's earned the chance to try and take the team forward in the short term but the owners and associates must watch the matches and wonder why we spend a lot of time chasing and not enough time playing with the ball.

The talk on here is absolutely unbelievable.

We're on course for a top 10 finish, in our first season back in the Premier League and some deluded "fans" are calling for him to be sacked.

We do have areas of improvement, but to call for our manager to be sacked is embarrassing.
Well said.

We need to create more and Le Bris will have to improve this next season, but we will need the tools also.

I really like him and think he is doing a brilliant job, but at the same time, if these removed him I would not be shocked at all.

Would like him to stay and demonstrate between now and the end of the season, how we are going to be a bit more front footed.

You could equally say we’ve been “unlucky” too. Pens not given, open goals missed etc. That’s football. Yes we need to be more creative, I just don’t think we have the players. You can’t dismiss 40 points with 9 games to go.

Yesterday was shite, really poor.

But for people to completely dismiss the 78 league games we’ve had under RLB where we’ve been promoted, and then achieved 40 points (when a lot suggested we’d struggled to achieve half that) as being “lucky” is utter bollocks.

We’re in a fight for a top half finish. Just because we lost in a shit manner yesterday doesn’t mean RLB is a shit manager.

I do think that if the club identify someone they see as an improvement he may go, but to suggest he should be sacked this morning for losing yesterday is laughable.
I agree. Ive been critical of le bris. I have reservations about him being able to take us forward longer term. But to dismiss what hes achieved is ridiculous as is to be completely write him off.

They only recently extended his contract. I hardly doubt they'll be thinking of sacking him because of a lacklustre performance in the FA cup and a downtown in constant performances in the league due to AFCON/injuries/fatigue. I'd imagine instead they will be looking to support him and invest further in the playing staff in the summer whilst rotating under achievers out of the squad. I'm still pissed off about yesterday but we're not the only big club to be knocked out by minnows so a sense of realism is required.
