Class that. Love the farmhouse feel. Not sure it’d work in Sunderland but when I win the Euros my Lake District getaway will have that feel.

It seems a really lovely home, but the bathroom access seems a bit odd, especially for the loft bedroom. And the second lavatory is right next to the sink (?)

Mind it is being sold as a one bedroom property so maybe not too bad

Also the dining table is a long walk from the kitchen and you can’t put it nearer without blocking proximity to the wood burning stove from the seating area. I’d have put that stove further down the long room. But maybe there were planning restrictions

House gave me a flashback of calling for my more 'well off' mates mid 70s and bouncing my casey on their kitchen floor.

It's odd that there's a 1930s fireplace inside a house that looks sixties. There are chimneys though, so the house was clearly built with open fires. Maybe it was built in the fifties, when a new style of architecture was coming in but because of continuing rationing or shortages or whatever, that was the best fireplace they could get.
