Not bad and it has avoided the look of a big empty church hall with a sofa and telly stuck in it, that many of them seem to get.

But it has done the similar thing many have, with a mezzanine floor bedroom. Basically a balcony with a bed on it, or in this case two.

What happens when one person goes to bed? All the lights out and no noise, or they have to get to sleep in a fully lit room with the sound from the telly? It never feels like a practical way to live.

If that is his then he must just be renting surely, its been on the market for at least 4 months and he only signed a year ago. Add in hes a Muslim I'd not be expecting him to want a bar with a stella pint on picture 53 or the amount of womens shoes in picture 42, unless he already has a wife/long term gf or family member with him.

Aye, when I thought about it after, theres no chance he’s signed, bought that, done it out & sold it a year later.

Medium term furnished let I reckon.
