£65k for a garage in Wandsworth is mental. Even if you could use it for private parking, it is a very residential area and you are likely having to walk to the tube station and travel by tube.
Though a street view look around the area, it doesn't look too bad, so perhaps if you can afford a house there, an extra £65k is worth it for parking.

Could walk there in 5 minutes but unaware of the place. Looks like its accessed through caravan site (possibly owners) or by hart village hall road.
Does seem cheap, even though you share the entire building and courtyard with 4 others, you still get a big plot of land thrown in and set in a rural area not far from the coast. Still, i'd start again with the courtyard garden, bit soulless.
