All the things you always like are always huge negatives for me. A bit old fashioned, middle of nowhere, huge garden. Just shows how we're all so very different.

Have to say the Estate Agents photographs are quite minimal and don't really promote it well - surprised there is no picture inside the tower which is an unusual feature to have. We all have different tastes but the whole place looks as though it needs updating from a decoration perspective, it looks tired, worn and uninspiring. There's minimal private outdoor space, a tiny shuttered single garage in the back street which almost certainly means street parking in an area where it's very difficult. £475k could buy you a very nice house but this doesn't look like one !

It's clearly an awkward house/layout, and needs work doing to it, so it doesn't appeal to buyers as they've tried to sell numerous times. The split level in the kitchen would do my head in.

You only need to look at the clothes rail in picture 12 to realise how poor it is practically. Not many 'square' rooms upstairs so there's a lot of lost space.

It one of those houses that would be great if you could through money at it, remove the roof and build up or build dormers in to open up the space, but it wouldn't be worth it, would change the character of the building, and it's in a conversation area I believe.

Been for sale forever and I think it's been on this thread before. my mam actually looked at it. Parking and garden were an issue
