Actually enjoyed watching that. What a waste of money and quite sad its left to eventually rot.

Our lass had a meal on there, it might have been their xmas do.
I've fished next to them, usually for cod and bass.

Aye but of waste of money like as you can't do anything with it, part submerged under water, wouldn't get the planning to do anything with it

How deep is the water
About 15-20ft at low tide I'd guess. The currents are strong so it's hard to gauge just dropping a line down.
About 15 years ago I was working for PMC, the building firm that sponsors Portsmouth football club. They priced up doing work on the hotel but then pulled out when they looked at how much bad weather could add to the costs. A shame really because I would have been working on it.

Been passing through Cleadon on the way to work for the last year now.

Has anyone seen how much work has been done to Hexham House? Must be worth a fortune now.

I know it is just the starting price for an auction, but it is cheaper than a beach hut just 20 mile down the coast.

Brace yourselves.

Another one of those houses where it would feel wrong to hire a skip, get a wall paper stripper and a few tubs of cheap magnolia and set the place back to something bland, but I think I would. Make it look vaguely like a normal house, breath, take it in and then decide what to do with it next. I don't think I could picture that living room how I would want it while the whole thing is an assault on the eyes.

And those dolls. You just know when you turn off the lights, you hear a giggling and footsteps only to find them in different places by the morning. No sign of them having a dog, I think the dolls got it.

How much was the estimated price/starting price? Sold for £121k. Can't see how anyone makes money or doesnt spend a fortune and get sick of it quickly tbh.
