Knew that would be a Peter heron listing. I listed mine on the other side of fulwell road with them and he kept saying they were selling really quickly in "little scotland". Lived in fulwell 50 year and never heard it called that

I was planning on buying a house down the North Harbour but that one in "Little Scotland" would leave me with an extra £150,000 to spend on motorbikes and holidays and the council tax is cheaper.
