Massive for £600k and in 1.5 acres.

By comparison, someone had a bit of land to the side of their house just up from me and squeezed in a new build with the footprint of about 2-3 standard garages. The ground floor is a kitchen/diner/living room, land is a path around, and they put it on originally for £600k too. I think it is down to £425 now though and they still can't sell it.
