Rightmove Voyeurism

That'll have been dreamt up by some apprentice type 22y old with pointy shoes, too much hair gel and a gold rolex (fake) that loves to take selfies in dubai.

Meanwhile people are trying to make the biggest investment decision they'll ever make.

Estate agents should be highly regulated not the shit show they currently are.

You had some good experiences with estate agents when moving recently then? ;)
Have they done most of the pictures in black and white, trying to be arty?

This one rings a bell - not sure if already linked on here?

This is nice/more realistic

It’s overlooked and on a lane near the entrance to the local secondary school, so will have congestion issues twice daily. For £850k, there’s much better.

The location on the advert is wrong mind as my sister lives on that street (where the house 'location' is marked). do you know is the actual location further up near the old winterton hospital site...??

each to their own but i really like sedgefield, would definitely consider living there if i was ever to move back to the NE.

I drive past it when I drop my son off at the primary school. Yes, I like Sedgefield too. The old part of town is lovely and has a good selection of pubs and eateries considering the size of the place.

Very fond of Sedgefield. If you want a proper village vibe you’ll not do better
