This was him for Plymouth v us in 2017/18. Does make a good save in there from Evans but there is also a mistake or two.

Tin hat on time but would a Premier league team want to loan a young keeper to us knowing that if we have a poor start to the season then the crowd (when we are allowed back in) could get toxic.
Whilst we have every right to show our displeasure it can't be seen as the optimum condition for a young lad learning his trade especially in such an important position

Wow, we are the problem again, fuck off man, you are believing the shit that has been spouted about us, its utter f***ing bullshit, hard crowd to play in front of? Well play f***ing better, f***ing soft shites playing for us is the problem

So a young lad would go out on loan, and learn to deal with things if anything like that happened, wtf do clubs want when there players go out on loan? To learn? Our just to be pampered and made to feel like something special? You even say in your post he will be learning, well he would learn to deal with shit, every player has to learn that at some point in the career

I hope so. It makes sense to push it back to next year to be honest because, while I agree financial controls on football are a good thing, these specific proposals are not right.
I agree financial controls are good, but t he people in charge of clubs earn a fortune to take care of that kind of thing, why put every club under the same restrictions when every club is different

Not read through the thread so apologies if seb but Mathews doesn't strike me as someone who'll come in ahead of Burge and as he's over 21 he'll be taking up some of the limited wages we have left to play with for senior players re salary cap. We surely have to be looking at a Sarkic or Baxter type deal or put faith in Patterson. We still need first team starters, can't be wasting wages on a bench warmer

I'm just saying that might be a consideration a Premier league club could make and I'm not saying that we are to blame as I said we have every right to show our displeasure and vent at the team.
As for saying play better like everything in life people have limitations so some players simply aren't capable of playing better.

Dealing with shite is something young players have to learn to deal with but from playing in front of one man and his dog to playing in front of 20 to 30 thousand. A step up to playing in front of 5 to 10 thousand is much less step up surely

so as I said, we need to stop buying shit players who cant perform in front of a crowd, and dont blame the supporters

It’s is yes, but if a kid is going to go on and be a top player, what better a place to learn that at a big club, with a big following, send him to say another club in our division and bar maybe 1 our 2 he will not get the experience he would get coming to us, we still have good training g facilities and a nice big stadium, if I was sending my premiership youngsters out safc would be the top target to get them to

This all owa. I know the Wolves lad that gets on here has said similar and can't understand why we don't make better use of the loan market as in his opinion we should be prem clubs No.1 choice for sending their top kids to.
