Blows my mind when fans criticise assistant coaches or backroom staff, like they are the real difference makers when the players are on the pitch!

Lost 4 (we have lost 3)
They got auto promotion.
I think Regis job is safe don't you ?

I keep saying this to my mates. Dodds was originally hired as head of player development and has overseen initially the progession of Patterson, Hume, Cirkin, Neil, Bellingham and successfully integrated players from our youth group in the first team environment.

He was absolutley woeful as a manager/head coach but he's clearly not incompetent just incredibly limited and suited to a very specific role.

Ultimately though the time has likely come to move on as people in those secondary roles tend not to last too long before moving on at least not at successful clubs which I assume we aspire to be.

It’s not already on? It just seems like he comes across on the touchline like he cuts a puzzled figure who really doesn’t know what to do next. He’s desperately looking for answers to the question but every answer is the wrong one. He is getting so desperate he’s beginning to make fundamental mistakes in decisions making like wrong substitutions at the wrong time. Wrong formation. Wrong tactics approach.
 
You are in the chasing pack, played teams around you and competed.
Only lost 2 games, the same as the favourites Leeds.
Very fine margins and recently have had some unlucky decisions go against you.

You have a very young side and some incredible talent. Give it time, you have to.

Recently watched a few of your games and only knows what I see differently.
 
OMG, you want him to get sacked?? you want him to change?? no! if we get sack him, then there NO coaches available elsewhere, they are all shite anyway. Accusing Dodds isnt ideal, it is not his own fault! you are bieng ridiculous.
