But he isn't being criticised by anyone apart from one lad on this thread. That's my point. Was tongue in cheek.
You are doing superb and don’t think the Manager is in need of the criticism.
Only my opinion.

You are correct marra and this is a positive-still plenty of room for improvement and that can be achievedThere are several games lately where a top class striker would’ve buried opportunities we created. Brobbey’s 2 chances yesterday right before HT. Wilson at Liverpool. Burnley away after about 4 mins.
Meanwhile, many goals we have conceded have been top class. Cash for Villa. Dias for City. Everton. Even yesterday’s requires a lot to go right - the finish by DCL was almost a tap in but the sweeping play up the field was just a really well executed move.
Oh and we’re 7th in the Prem at almost the halfway point of our first season in.
My conclusion from this is:
1. RLB is doing an amazing job
2. Striker capability not tactics is our weakness in attack.
3. We’re not conceding a slew of soft goals. Defensive lineup and overall team set up is good
Who would you have took off for Dan Neil? To enable us to carry on with the high press you wanted. He was the only central midfielder on the bench yesterday and we were getting overrun.
Thanks appreciate it.![]()
This aged wellOnly way we get promoted is bin him now, I’m dreading going next year if he’s in charge still, they already took first payment!
The page that this post is taken from is quite possibly the worst collection of posts on this forum. This aged well
Not like you to throw your toys out of the pram prematurely…..Only way we get promoted is bin him now, I’m dreading going next year if he’s in charge still, they already took first payment!
how is this one going? As I said last week, I'd replace him even if we go up. The fella isn't good enough, this is his ceiling and he's been found out.
Great first half of the season, poor second half. If we go up we should be able to attract better so worth rolling the dice then whilst we have the option.
If we don't go up it means we blew the play offs and who wants to continue this second half of the season, potentially with a few players away as well.
Hes become a pound shop Southgate.
Great post, is the answerI wasn't thrilled but it was generally okay. I don't think it was a question of structure or tactics, but rather personnel and performance.
You could argue that the Leeds equaliser actually results from us pushing on for the second. Cirkin is nowhere to be seen as he was on the edge of their box before the turnover, leaving Xhaka to cover too much ground as Leeds break and put the cross in. If we were indeed sitting back and holding out as you put it, that doesn't happen.
Leeds put us under the cosh and we struggled to get the ball out. It happens. We surrendered the ball too cheaply and struggled to pick up second balls. I think that's players and performance rather than coaching and tactics.
We rode it out and made changes, and eventually got to grips with the game, especially when DCL went off. They never really offered anything after that.
Ultimately we didn't have our best side out, and a couple of regulars - Hume and Brobbey - struggled. That's a personnel problem and it affected our game.
If Brobbey had made more of those chances, we could have had the game sewn up before half time.
In all, a decent point all things considered, still unbeaten at home going into the New Year, 7th in the table. Let's move on.
Buzzing to be wrong tbh.Not like you to throw your toys out of the pram prematurely…..
how is this one going?
Only because I thought Hume was struggling, it crossed my mind to take him off, drop Gert into centre half, put Nordi right back, and give Neil a chance in midfield.Who would you have took off for Dan Neil? To enable us to carry on with the high press you wanted.
I've been wondering if we're maybe more effective with Le Fee out wide. You are correct marra and this is a positive-still plenty of room for improvement and that can be achieved
Imagine if we improved the finishing percentage or created more where we could be
I cannot wait to see Granit -Diarra -Sadiki and Le Fee in the middle
What you on about ffs, you are usually spot on! Sunderland fans cant Believe we have such an intelligent articulate Manager in Le Bris....surely you are not dumb enough to listen to a the odd dimwit Sunderland fan, probably a Mag trying to stir shit up point of viewOne game, players out.
Sack him. Ffs Football fans for you.
Yeah sack him and bring in who? 7th in Premiership the last time I looked and first season up from the Championship.
Just enjoy it ffs. Off to Cheltenham tonight and struggling to get 11 first teamers on the pitch. Sack Holloway? No.
It is what it is and will be vocally behind the lads. Not confident at all about tonight either. They beat us at home, we’ve only won once there and players out.

Heads up, I got it wrong, but please let me explain why I was still right.Hands up I got it wrong , I would say tho since the Coventry game we have came out on the right side of results more often than not by the tiniest of margins and football being a fickle thing these could easily start going the opposite way
