That may be true but the size of our support is a positive which helps when looking at attracting staff and sponsors. We can also be very useful with psr, if the club utilised us correctly.Sadly, although we have large fan base home and away, this means very little in today's money-dominated game. The revenue from ticket sales, (of course less the extra cost of maintaining a larger stadium) pales into insignificance next to TV money. Bournemouth can do very well with 11k attendance, Brentford with 17k. A large fanbase does not a premier league side make, any more than a proud (ancient) history does.

There's a surprise, although he did want to jump ship to Nice after his first season at Lorient.Just had a quick look and the bloke who posted that thread seems to be a bit of a bullshitter by all accounts.
Signed our top goalscorer likeSo we didn't sign anyone to improve the team then did we?
The play off matches 35 years ago against Newcastle United back up what you say.So if Regis believes we can win this I hope to god he doesn’t sit back and hope to keep it tight in hope our home game will win it.
If we end up parked in our own half he’s clearly a lost cause.
Im hoping my gut feeling in him is way off and he has a little bit of tactical awareness for these x2 games.
We must create chances, let’s hope he’s played a blinder and we’re all being played for fools.
Why?This is a massive long shot,
But can anyone confirm if Le Bris took training on Friday 4th of April? Bizarre question, I know.

5 defeats in a row as it stands; if we have a poor play offs, do you replace him or stick with him? Genuinely interested to see what the general consensus is on here
I would guess it would have been light training in the morning with coaches, RLB doesnt do every training session, and then squad travelled down in the afternoonThis is a massive long shot,

Photos and vids posted are sometimes the day before or during that weekThere's photos from training on 4th April and there's no clear photos of him. There is one that looks like it could be him in the background with his hands in his pockets like he does, but its really not obvious
I get the impression that the way the club is currently set-up then we'll fall short no matter who's in charge of the first team. Can hardly say he's been supported in player recruitment to the same level as those that have finished above us.
Any context to the question? This is a massive long shot,

Going from Lorient to Nice is a good upward step. There's a surprise, although he did want to jump ship to Nice after his first season at Lorient.

Odd question, why out of interest?
