Well Regis also spoke of interviews around 2 weeks ago. Gone quiet but wouldn't surprise many if not, and if not , and if he had assurances, then poor .

If he was told he isnt getting a CF then more fool him.

I don’t think he would ever get told he isn’t getting a striker, as he has said people are working hard behind the scenes to make it happen. That does not commit to it happening though, they can argue they have done the same the last 3 transfer windows.

I just can't see on his own, with exactly the same set up, how things would change enough to effect the slide we saw last season.
 
I am amazed that some fans have turned an unknown manager, with a pretty poor record into the new pep gaurdiola in the space of a few weeks. Give the bloke a chance by all means but dont be surprised when we are looking for a new manager this time next year due to the incompetence of speakshite and the son of billionaire.

Maybe he'll try and win games, which will be a MASSIVE departure from Dodds deciding 0-0 is the best we could aim for.

Say he's failed by KS and we don't buy a proven striker and I mean one who's actuality played senior football, and then Jack Clarke leaves.......who does RLB have in the squad to replace the 24 goals and 16 assists he's contributed over the last two seasons in the league?

No considering we are actively targeting a number 9 and even been in talks with one.

Also le Bris has said himself the interview process is ongoing

We lost nearly 50 goals from the season before as well which led to us going from 6th to 16th. That gaping hole still hasn’t been addressed.

That's balls really isn't it, nobody is having a go at the Manager, it's more that the club are yet again not providing the tools for the Manager to do the job.
I would wager a canny bit no more staff will be coming in to help him out.

Proctor had our u18s bottom didn’t he? He was then promoted to first team coach. I hat has he done to have such a prominent role at the club? Our 18s last season only finished behind Man City iirc

Regis le Bris will look an awfully isolated,lonely figure when we lose the opening two games. He will have no support behind him and will be thrown to the wolves in interviews. Pathetic he has received no assistant. Forced to have Dodds and Proctor, two serial fuck ups.

That's definitely ongoing, the lad with the UEFA A Licence who went to Spain with the team was presumably there as a trial of sorts.

I know this isn't the right thread but you'll know, that keeper we had on trial? Anything on that, he looked better than our current presumed #13
