Just saying that a relegation on a CV doesn’t necessarily make someone a poor manager.

Exactly. He retired at 27. If he has been super driven and or talented he would have made the break through to be a head coach long before he did. Sometimes good managers can get relegated. But this guy has been relegated in 50% of his seasons.
