If the guy has any chance of succeeding here he needs people who he trusts around him and maybe also someone who knows the club, the Dan's and its expectations.

I fear Dodds has to much influence and the club have put too much time into him to move him too far out pf the picture for too long.

I’m just clinging on to the very feint hope we’re going to see a much needed and much more sensible approach to the way we do things.

It’s been a long few months on here with the constant drivel being posted and constant searching for things to moan about. :lol:
 
I am all for paying compensation for a reputable manager but if we are paying 5m for someone who's had 1 job and didn't do that well then it's mental. Especially when they refuse to spend anywhere near that much on a bloody striker.

This just reeks of desperation. Have they finally realised nobody wanted the job under their model so have acquiesced and let someone bring their staff? We could have had will still no doubt if they realised this a few weeks ago.
