Regis Le Bris - Backroom Staff

It's mental that Dodds gets as much stick as he does.
No one on this board actually knows what Dodds does or doesn't give however, as soon as things go wrong he gets pelters.
Wish you would stop talking common sense at this time on a Sunday night, it’s like lighting the blue touch paper to the tin foilers, Dodds is responsible for everything from Covid to the mess in Palestine, the sooner we see this the better, and don’t get me started on speakers if we lose two in a row.

Isn't Proctor the dad ball coach?......our set pieces are a joke. We usually end up passing back to Patto.

Roberts on our corners are also a joke. He either cannot beat the first man, or he launches one way beyond the back post. We don't put anyone on the edge of the six yrd box for the to flick for the first instance and in the second, it so high it results in a mad scramble of about four players challenging for it.

We kick off straight back to the keeper every time. The keeper then kicks it high up to the half at line ( where we started) for us to challenge for. Where is the sense in that? Might as well float it up to their 18yd box for our players to run onto.

Every throw in goes backwards. The players taking them don't even bother looking now, it's automatic.

There's no variation or thought seems to go into it.
Every throw in goes backwards

Aye we need a throw in coach

Aye and when it shows the sideline during games, it’s fairly obvious to anyone paying attention how much Regis leans on Dodds for information prior to tactical tweaks subs etc, and has already said his analysis of other championship teams is top notch.

Some idiots on here just can’t get past his bad managerial performance last season.

You mean his head coaching performance and tactical awareness. He’s obviously pointing out to Le Biz the same shit he failed on last season.

The assistant manager doesn't seem to figure much, surely it's all his fault. We seem to have dropped off since he came in. The New Inchy Heath, burn him at the stake.

I hope so, if we could convert more set pieces we would have a chance of the automatics imo.
Agree. Hopefully they look at throw ins too.

I know it sounds daft but we do appear to concede goals from our throw ins and we don’t use them to attack. As the lad further up rightly pointed out we tend to go backwards all the time. Little things like this can make a difference.

We actually seemed quite creative with set pieces for the first couple of games, but this seems to have fell off. A capable set piece coach would be a wise investment
