I don't like the idea of any coach coming in who doesn't have someone he can trust with him.

You've got to have that trusted sounding board while you suss people out.

That is why you normally bring people you have worked with.
It is very important to have the ‘right’ partnership.
Throwing two parties together like Beale and Dodds just because it suits the club’s motives was never going to end well.
I do have my concerns.
