Coaches are fine to be, it's a link to the management. Not the head coach or his assistant though.Would have preferred him away too close to players imo

Having a teenage player responsible for getting their manager tickets to Champions League games smh. Last season was one of the oddest conflicts of interest in professional football. There's nothing wrong with a coach being close to the players. Not the manager, though.

I said oddest, not biggestHaway man
Tin foil hat territory that.
they have jobs alreadyAs long as it's not Dodds or Proctor
That is probably true but we need to put that behind us and support him ....the key is support coming from KLD and speakman, not that wishy washy bollocks of before but real support aimed at a promotion push this year as our fans deserve no less and its got to a point that we will take no more spin from our owners ..hands in pockets, pull out some shillings and buy some players fit for purpose! He's been managing for 5 seconds and inherited most of his staff at lorient, I doubt he has many he could bring. Probably why he took the job when allegedly 4-5 others turned it down.

This article is a bit easier to read in my opinion but he’s getting the final say on what coaches come in and is picking people he feels we need. Set piece coach is a big one. But looks like because he inherited staff at Lorient he hasn’t got a regular guy he trusts as assistant yet
Who told you that like.he is getting to bring in his own back room staff at safc..
What's wrong with that ?Would have preferred him away too close to players imo
I knowCoaches too close to the players![]()

And you're also guessing when you say "Dodds the coach fine, Dodds the manager no".To be fair you are guessing there. It is your opinion though
Nobody. He makes stuff up all the time and posts it as fact.Who told you that like.

He wasn't - Not reallyAnd you're also guessing when you say "Dodds the coach fine, Dodds the manager no".

You could call it an educationed guess based on he was coach in a promotion and play off side. Contrasting that against being manager of a side that nose divedAnd you're also guessing when you say "Dodds the coach fine, Dodds the manager no".
Nobody. He makes stuff up all the time and posts it as fact.
He was also first team and head coach of a team who in 2024 had the worst form in the league and who's performances and playing style had gone backwards prior to that. You could call it an educationed guess based on he was coach in a promotion and play off side. Contrasting that against being manager of a side that nose dived
If it’s Charlie M, he is exactly like him, bet he shouts when talking, so everyone can hear him, just like Charlie the prat. And you're also guessing when you say "Dodds the coach fine, Dodds the manager no".
Nobody. He makes stuff up all the time and posts it as fact.
But the only thing anyone can go off is when he was manager & the football was negative, boring & produced very bad results, maybe he did a bit of individual coaching before, when was coach, but but Mowbray’s team the same players and Dodds team is like night and day.He wasn't - Not really
We played some of the best footy I've seen when he was a coach
We played some of the worst when he was a manager
The players obviously like him and rate him - would you let your son sign a contract with safc when other clubs were after him if you and he thought Dodds was shite? (Chris Rigg)
To be fair even if he wanted to bring staff from Lorient I don’t think they would have got permits. It was a nightmare for him and he’s worked in the top job and was taking the top job here. Normal coaches would have really struggled to get one if they havn’t worked in England before
Why can't he answer like a normal person the creepYou must be logged on to see media items
