I’m sure last year at primary school used to be about preparing kids for senior school. Now seems to be constant SATs practice for 8 months in a desperate attempt to sneak up the league tables.

I work in a school and heard through the grapevine Ofsted have been in Monkwearmouth and they received an inadequate rating which caused the head to walk. I wonder if this story is in addition to the Ofsted inspection.
