Recommend a roofer

Normally a good lad is Chris. He's replaced just about every roof in Silky.

I sometimes specify a new ridge ( ventilated) and a row of new slates front and back first course below the ridge tiles. Looks better than the odd new slate in a random place.

Get a dry verge on the gables whilst your at it.

That is exactly the kind of approach needed with my roof. Most of it is in decent nick but the extension needs totally replacing , new felt and batton and new soffit and fascia. I have 6 gables that should really have a retrofit dry verge on them too (2 of them are little dormas)
