Nigel Slater does a nice easy recipe using them, skinned and crumbled into pan with cream, chilli and garlic and some pasta combined in the same pan

Sure recipe ( not exactly needed as piece of piss) is online

Toulouse etc work better mind

pasta. Bag of salad. vinaigrette.

Cook pasta. Cook sausages and chop 'em up into 1 inch chunks. Hoy into a big bowl with the salad and dressing. Mix up. Eat.
