We were exactly the same under Moyes. Normally done OK (as in either drew or didn't get humped because we parked the bus) v sides we weren't expected to win but when we played sides we should have got something from we looked terrible bar the odd one.

I think it's pretty easy to look 'solid' when the sides tactics are to have everyone behind the ball with a deep line and the odd burst on the counter with a couple of players. Total different game where you need to find balance.

The only difference between Moyes and Benitez is that at least all the players don't hate Benitez, although after 2 years of constantly complaining to the media that they are shit, they don't seem to be playing for him this year like last.

That's fair enough and there seems to be a correlation to an extent but I don't think Benitez has lost the players yet. We'll get beaten on Saturday more than likely but there is an (on-paper) easier run after that where I'd hope to start to pick up points.

The pair of them finished on the same number of points with the mags finishing about last season to be fair, and the mags have had a much tougher start than Bournemouth.

Both have also played Palace and Leciester. Bournemouth have taken 6 points from those 2 games.

Saturday is an interesting one. FSW will probably park the bus, yet to me it's the ideal game to 'have a go' you aren't expected to get anything and going at them and possibly nicking an early goal will really see some unrest among the Man U fans and Jose.

Wouldn't bet against you winning at the weekend tbh. It's reported today a defeat at the weekend will be the end of Mourinho and if the players want rid of him as much as they seem to then you's are in with a decent chance.

Rafa Benitez. He's overhyped by the mags. He was once world class but the game has changed. He's still a good manager but has found his level, still managing in the Premier league but not one of the big boys.
He's a professional and I respect that even though I want him to lose.

Ashley has no moral conscience but he really is scum of the earth. I hope he does more damage to the mags and is there a long time.
