I quite liked the fact that they'd spent a lot of time & effort on both the melody of the aria & its libretto. It's apt that the former, given that it's about to be posted on Twitter, plagiarises Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep. The latter, though somewhat repetitive, at least has the merit of getting straight to the point. Which is more than can be said for this post.

It's a pity they didn't go for the follow up track Tweedledum Tweedledee which could have been more apt. Those lads are maybe less au fait with the Middle Of The Road back catalogue sadly

They also want the FA to investigate because he stuck the V’s up.
Perfect storm brewing :)
So lets get this right...he goes privately for a meal (disregard it is with the FSW) the mob have obviously been tipped off by someone in the FSW camp, they organise the press and banners etc and then ambush him, shout abuse that needs the Police to be there (great use of limited Police time) and they want to charge Ashley for Vs. Add to that they are disrupting his legitimite businesses not to mention death threats against his family...Novochock recently mentioned

The bloke has put millions in and had them comfortable in the premiership till FSW has started playing games.

If I was as rich as Ashley and in his shoes I would let them rot.

Imbeciles aren't they .... do they really believe this is any way to attract a new owner

"Would you like to join my consortium to buy NUFC?"

"Who?"

"You know, that club where the supporters are always out on funeral marches through the streets, threatening the owner and wrecking their own city."

"Errr yeah, I'll check my bank account and get back to you."

So, someone is going to give Ashley the £350m he wants and pay the wages which will probably take them to £400-450m and they haven't signed a player yet. If they don't spend another £100m of their own money straight away and then continue to do so, they get this? I can see it being an attractive proposition.

"Where's the money gone" is the refrain. Had they carried out their Middle of the Road due diligence they would have found their answer in the opening verse.
"Last neet ah hord Fat Micky singin' wuh surng (ooo-weee, chorpy chorpy cheap, cheap[sic.]). Werk up in gravy & Fat Micky was gurn" etc.
The refrain then makes porfect sense.
Here's a vid so you can Singalongamags:

Do they honestly believe this is going to encourage an investor to buy the club? Stavley is craving not being able to go out for a meal without being changed at.
