True, and don’t forget he wanted Rondon and Kenedy, their clubs valued them around 20 and 30 million. Just cos they didn’t buy them doesn’t mean they aren’t on the pitch.

If Rafa is such a fantastic manager/coach then why has he weakened a side that finished 10th last year? Rondon & Josleu or Gayle & Mitrovic ..... I know who I would prefer up front... he’s spent a fortune on dross with long contracts but it never gets a mention. The bloke is a fraud, he’s finished that’s why he ended up at you lot. He has done nowt since winning the europa cup with Chelsea. That side he put out today was 90% of his signings including the bench ! Others have been hounded out for far less !
 
Completely understand why they're so frustrated with Ashley but their refusal to acknowledge that Benitez's transfer dealings in the Championship are a big contributor to how poor they are at the moment is bizarre. That window was 100% on him as well, pretty much the only time that Ashley has let the manager have free rein in the transfer market and he lumbered with them with cloggers who won't have been cheap in terms of wages.

His management of Mitrovic was abysmal as well.

It's the truth that any other fan of any other club would say. Our team and club needs a jolly good f***ing look at but id rather not do it in League one. Just like I'm pretty sure you would rather not be there yourselves
