I like the fact that, as someone mentioned on the other thread, they winge about not signing big players, yet Chelsea wanted £30m for kenedy and Rondon would’ve been £20m. Doesn’t matter if they are permanent or not, they are still on the pitch. If that’s ‘rafas’ big signings then no wonder Ashley won’t give him much.

Has ‘Rafa’ actually signed anyone good yet?

Manquillo ;)

Huddersfield have played Chelsea and Man City. Goal difference is -11.
Cardiff have played Chelsea, Man City and Arsenal. Goal difference is -11.
Newcastle have played Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal and Spurs. Goal difference is -4. Rafa knows what he's doing.

I think it must be against the law to ciriticse Rafa

It’s worse than against the law, it’s against the cult of Rafa

They're, to a man, utterly insane

:)

Douglas has totally lost the plot. I actually didn’t mind him, but he’s now at Ryder levels
At least Ryder puts one eye on the situation and child blocks anyone on twitter willing to show him up. Douglas is hilarious. Totally deluded for the audience he's payed to play to.

Douglas yesterday was hilarious, followed from Ryder’s Rafa should be above criticism, but I thought Douglas was better than him. I was wrong

If anyone in Tyneside is willing to buy the Chronicle tomorrow I'm sure there will be a gushing report on Rafa bravely holding out for a point at Palace. (a team who haven't scored at home all season)

Ok twisting on when you are spending 90m on players of your choosing is wildly different to Rafas gripes and you know it.

When did you lot last break your record transfer fee? And remind me what league are you in? When did we last break ours ? It's an embarrassment that we are being so shockingly backed financially. Every newly promoted team spent more than us in this window. Every one.

I get that we are never going to have reasoned debate but come on now. Take an unbiased look at it will you.
Interesting that you Mags see spending money as the only way to improve. A quick fix.

We saw money as the only way to survive.

Both are/were mistaken..

No mention of managerial skill, player development etc.

I and others believe that the new SAFC way is the better way.

Whilst I agree there is more important things than spending money, I will pass on the get relegated to League One model thanks.
