I would remove 4 of them straight away, you cant count the likes of the charity shield on your honours list - it's a friendly game. There is 3 others there too which were just one off games.

Don't think winning La Liga twice is tin pot. Nor is the Champions League.
Mind, I always thought he took this tiny club from nowhere and turned them into league winners, didn't realise they had been in the champions league finals the 2 previous seasons!

All cup competitions after 2004.

Liverpool he wasted the prime Gerrard and Torres

Inter Milan he took a team who won the league two years in a row to 6th by Christmas and got sacked

Chelsea was ok, very short term

Napoli spent more money than any other team in Serie A in both seasons, did not win league or even challenge.

REAL MADRID failure left out of this bias list of cup competition achievements.

Rafa pre 2010 was very good. Since the he’s been very average but a lot of the trophies he has won have been super cups or cup won on the back of the achievements of the previous manager.

All won by great teams he inherited from better managers such as Cuper and Houllier, not once did that man build a team that won anything of note. This is the man that tried to replace Xabi Alonso with Gareth Barry. Ask the fans of Napoli, Inter, Madrid etc what they think of him, they’ll all tell you the same thing.

The thing that strikes me about Benitez is if you look past those trophies, he hasn’t actually won anything of note and hasn’t been a successful manager at all.

VERY overrated for me

😂😂😂 I can’t believe I’m reading this, if you look past Guardiola’s, Mourinho’s or Real Madrid’s list of trophies won, then they’ve won nothing of note....

He should have said 'by NUFC fans over the job he did at NUFC'. One relegation, one promotion from the championship with a 60 million spend and point per game in the top division 0.06 ppg better than the clueless Steve Bruce despite having a full season with Rondon and Perez up from while Bruce had Joelinton.

All he has left on his CV is a relegation. You can’t be telling me a manager who has only achieved a relegation when you look beyond trophies actually good?

Overrated doesn't equate to being shit, just that he's not as good as you lot make him out to be.

Still claiming to be a Sunderland supporter?

Hes not won a league title since 2004

Hasn't won anything in a while Rafa, bar the championship after spending shitloads and very nearly f***ing it up.

Very overrated by the Mags because he "loves the toon" whilst living elsewhere.

The whole thing reminds me a lot of Trump supporters weirdly, it's almost cult like, but I can see the appeal of a "big club" thinking they've finally got a "big name".

Hope he goes back there one day.
