The excuse they'll trot out soon enough is that they haven't spent £50m really because they got more than that for the Dutch one, Cisse and Sissoko when he goes. They'll say it's hard because their best players turned their back on them etc.

The same ones they said were shite and wanted to fuck off in May

Aye cos when he was at Napoli and Madrid he was definitely keeping tabs on the championship and scouting Blackburn's defender and Hull's substitute :)

Rafa knows absolutely fuck all about the lot he's been landed with. Even Ritchie from Bournemouth will be knew to him. He never played against him last year

This-they would have been better off appointing Steve Bruce or even Mick Mc than the FSW. For fucks sake, he was at Real Madrid last year-he knows nowt about the Championship, the players or the teams. And all those daft Jawdee ***** who were giving it the bollocks about 'it being fine' to go down, well what a bunch of deluded pricks. Of course they still may go up, but the majority of them thought it was just a case of turning out every week for teams to lie down and die in the face of their magnificence.

They've gambled hugely on getting promoted straight away-£50M is a massive amount to spend even for a Premier League team-if it doesn't happen for them this season, I can see a Leeds like financial meltdown and a plummet through the division....

If there's a God, please make this happen.

And if they go straight up they then get stuck with championship standard players like Gayle, Hanley, Diame etc on long contracts and big wages. They've all took pay rises to move to Newcastle.

Just like we've not been able to move forward because of having to pay big wages to Fletcher, Graham, Gomez, Matthews, Vergini, Alverez etc for years on end, the lot they've signed will paralyse them if they come up.

Shame that Rafa won't last. Bruce will come in and probably do well. It's his level and he would be like a pig in shit in charge of them.

This. And then they build a statute of the fat twat after all he is a Geordie, unlike the lad who their last statue was in honour, sorry re writing of history, was built for.

When will see the first Rafa Out comments?:lol::lol:
Hopefully we won't see them until until successive rafagations have been achieved. Was waiting in a queue to get into the etihad this afternoon and City supporters were passing through the the queue, a couple asked if the mags were still getting beat :D.

This could be a terrible September for Newcastle ..... Norwich & Villa will bring back horrible memories for Rafa

Yep August was meant to be a shoe in and September was their tough month when the fixtures came out, not going so well so far. I'm hoping instead of their new Messiah he proves to be their Mcenemy

.
I posted on here a couple of weeks ago the comments of two mags sat behind me at the cricket at CLS a week before they met Fulham..."just think this time next week we'll be 3-0 up" his marra replied "aye it'll be boring winning every week won't it?"

probably got a dogging off a few for it but more will turn. After Reading on Wednesday he has an interesting run of fixtures so needs to turn them round very quick

Sat 20 15:00 A Bristol City FLC
Sat 27 17:30 H Brighton FLC
September
Sat 10 17:30 A Derby County FLC
Tue 13 19:45 A QPR FLC
Sat 17 15:00 H Wolves FLC
Sat 24 17:30 A Aston Villa FLC
Wed 28 19:45 H Norwich City FLC

That run of fixtures is awful for them. Would be funny if they have less than double points on the board by October.

One positive about a Steve Bruce statue being built, the size of the fucker would create jobs in the steel industry :-)
