He's completely fucked.

30m for Pickford and Grayson has seen 30p of it

Scum logic in a nutshell

Love it when you lot say this shite.

We didn't really spend 50m cos we got 40m of it from sales

The problem is I can not see any club in their right mind signing these players unless they are on loan and Newcastle pay a proportion of their wages.

This happened with us and Keane. He bought us out of the Championship but the players were around for a little longer than the club perhaps hoped. There is no real incentive for the players to leave as possibly in their mindset not only are they now deemed "Premier League Players" but they have very lucrative contracts

This weekend is a game I want them to win and lose. Win and Bilic could be shown the door meaning Rafa goes to West Ham. Lose and it is sheer entertainment value but that will give Bilic a life line

I simply think West Ham will be too good for them, too much quality. They were a bit unfortunate to lose at Southampton. There other game was the steamroller that is this years Man United

9/5 is some price for the hammers IMO. The atmosphere will be nicely toxic if they take the lead

Popcorn Oooot!!!

Spend huge amount on championship players giving them great contracts, now can't get rid of them.
Bloody hell, never seen that coming, foooooool.

Cut and pasted from the Lets all laugh at Newcastle thread last August:

To be fair they have assembled a very strong Championship squad with plenty of strength in depth.
Only problem is, assuming they get promoted. They're going to have a hell of a time clearing the decks and replacing with Premier quality without taking a massive financial hit.
Unless Rafa thinks Murphy, Mitro and Gayle will tear up the Premiership of course.

The mags will turn West Ham over at the weekend and this place will be awash with them again. Strange how quiet they are at the minute

Nah! Just can't see it

0-2 comfortable standard away victory

They are like us last season but worse - the lack of quality is astounding

We had a much better keeper, better centre half (who couldn't be arsed admittedly) and a much better striker
I just can't see where mags goals will come from or how they will keep clean sheets at this level. A recipe for relegation

well i'm not hiding, a lot hinges on Saturday , there will be no toxic atmosphere even if it goes tits up, i think we are all just sick of power trips / lies/ he said she said and just want a bit of stability as fans, all parties are mugging themselves off in truth, Rafa has spent over £80 million and we have an awful squad unfit for this league ad he must take some blame for it, spending for spending sake on a bunch of shite players is wasting his pot, he may as well spent fuck all if he was in the huff than waste it on rubbish.

that said, win on Saturday and life will be fine, lose and the pressure will be ramped up, a point and things stay the same, tenuous.
