We don’t have free speech in the UK, we have censorship laws, laws against libel and slander.

Thankfully, this means you also can’t start suggesting that black people are handy with banana. Well, not unless you’re a monumental ****.

This. He needs to be called out about it if it was that much of an issue. Very brave to call this out on an internet message board hours after the event. Not only that but basically branding our support as racists. Absolutely disgraceful. Finally, we dont even have any proof that it happened. Thats the remarkable thing.

Basically he can make up what he likes and the sheep fall into line.

Proof that this happened or it didnt happen.

Do we have any proof? Give us the proof or the OP is a liar.

I hope that I didn’t upset him, he didn’t seem to be offended.

Just find it bemusing to mention it on a message board but do absolutely nothing about it at the game. Odd

That comment is chronically impolite, at best. If that makes me a lefty then so be it. But it was more than likely a silly flippant remark from one individual not, multiple.

But what is weird is people saying it should be reported to ‘relevant authorities’. Bit creepy.

One person saying it is one too many, it isn't 'fuck all', it's the sort of thing we've been trying to stamp out since the 80's, and to hear even one person saying it in 2018 is f***ing tragic.So if you want to back him up, fine, says a lot about you too.He keeps banging on about the lad being soft, fuck off, he comes across as a sad, angry racist meat heed

You would think if folk are making banana/black bastard comments in the crowd it would be perfectly reasonable in 2018 for someone to use a mobile phone to shame the said idiot or at very least report said idiot to a copper and or steward....
