Race For Europe

Brighton aren't winning the last 4 games. That's just madness. They've already had a great run, it won't continue another 4 games. They aren't that good.
It's not that far fetched like. Mags are dire, Wolves relegated, Leeds might have a cup final resting players and United on the beach

Everton: West Ham away
Sunderland: Forest Home

Both teams need a win for me Jeff.

Although it would be peak Everton to slip up against WHU then go and get something against City at home who didnt look great tonight.

Brentford (City & Liverpool a), Chelsea (Liverpool a) Bournemouth (City H), Everton (City H) and Fulham (Villa H & Arsenal A) all have top teams still to play and will all drop points.

Brighton are in pole position now. We need to win our next 2 and then we've got a shot at it.

Win the next two and see whats what. Chelsea are definitely beatable last day and if we get the place bouncing United definitely can be too

So you think it needs to be 12-13? As in 58 or 59 points? That would require 3 of:

Brighton to get 9 points (4 games)
Bournemouth to get 10 points (4 games)
Chelsea (4 games) to get 11 points
Brentford (5 games) to get 11 points
Everton (5 games) to get 12 points
Fulham (5 games) to get 14 points

I can't see it.
I’ve said 9-10 originally. Now I’m saying win 4 out of 5. Where is 13 coming from?
Yea 58 I think we’ll need. Now do the maths again and it’s not impossible. Why you’re bringing Fulham into it god knows.

Those teams are in great form.

They could easily win the last 4. They don’t need to though. Couple wins couple draws

Don't expect the mags to help us by denting Brightons good run of form. They lay down and died in 79 the day we won at Wrexham🤬🤬🤬

8 in the league if Villa finish 5th and win the Europa. that means 6th place qualify for CL, 7th Europa, and 8th Conference.

I thought I read that doesn’t happen - Villa would qualify for CL but a Belgium club would get the Europa spot based on the Euro coefficient in that competition, so the Europa spot would drop out from the table.

I think you need 11 points. You have to beat West Ham IMO

I've got it 3 wins out of 5 probably gets europe.

Ideally a draw thrown in with 1 defeat.

Mind its hard to predict, Brentford have drawn their last 5, Bournemouth and Brentford have won 3/4 on the spin but also can go through patches of draws/defeats.

Sunderland are still in the race and Chelsea are capable of going on a run especially when Joao Pedro is back up top.

You said it'd be 9-10 if we beat Villa, therefore it must now be 12-13.

Take 1 point off each of my scenarios, can you see 3 teams hitting that type of form? Personally I can't. I think 56 would be enough for 8th, 55 might be.

If Villa win the Europa and finish 5th, and a top 7 club win the FA Cup then his scenario is right.
