Agree to disagree but I can’t see it being that low. We needed to beat Villa for it to be 9-10

So you think it needs to be 12-13? As in 58 or 59 points? That would require 3 of:

Brighton to get 9 points (4 games)
Bournemouth to get 10 points (4 games)
Chelsea (4 games) to get 11 points
Brentford (5 games) to get 11 points
Everton (5 games) to get 12 points
Fulham (5 games) to get 14 points
