Absolutely stumped. Only person who I can think of is Gough!
 

Yes. Just Tests/First Class.

Gough is still the only one I can think of, but surely he got one for Yorkshire at some point.

Neither f***ing wonder I couldn't think of anyone! Played for Surrey, btw.

I still think Gough didn't get one for Yorkshire or Essex so there may be two answers.
