Bit of a strange guess, but Alex Tudor? Didn't play much for Essex thats all, dunno if he took a wicket for England never mind a hat trick!

Neither f***ing wonder I couldn't think of anyone! Played for Surrey, btw.

I still think Gough didn't get one for Yorkshire or Essex so there may be two answers.
