The problem with conspiracy theories is that thousands of people could not keep a secret. If two people know a secret, it is no longer a secret. It took 40,000 people to put together the first moon shot. All those people never got drunk, depressed, mouthed off etc, plus had to act as if the moon landing was exciting :D

Bede was lucid about earth's sphericity, writing "We call the earth a globe, not as if the shape of a sphere were expressed in the diversity of plains and mountains, but because, if all things are included in the outline, the earth's circumference will represent the figure of a perfect globe..

Ok he did also say the earth was middle of the universe but to be fair to Bede, Vesto slipher only worked it out at the start of the 20th century that universe was moving.

You say that level water in a bath shows the earth is not a globe, but works on your also curved earth because your curve is slight. Why will you not calculate what the curve of a bath is to see if the curve on the globe is slight too?

We all know the answer and I calculated it earlier. The curve over the length of a bath is a tiny fraction of a millimetre and your own calculations will show that.

It is what I said, contradictions and your own arguments against a globe work against your lemon squeezer earth.

What I’m pointing out is the confused hypocrisy of all your arguments. I’m concentrating on thr bath because that has been your one main source of proof the earth is not a globe through this long thread. Then after a few months you turn round and put forward an earth that is also curved. But that is ok it apparently works with you and your bath because the curve is minor.

We both know the curve over the length of a bath is minor on a globe, so your whole argument is bollocks. And you will not work it out because you know the answer.

The curve of the earth over a distance of a 1m bath is 0.000176mm. Do you agree?

Do you agree this is minor and undetectable to the human eye?

You're concentrating on the nath because it's the easiest thing you think you can use to make it look like I base my argument against a globe directly on it.
Now don;t get me wrong here. You can use whatever you feel you think can batter me down but just remember it does not give any credence to your spinning globe. You carry on though, I'm fine with it.

The curve on your globe is far from minor if we go by the near 8 inches per mile squared set up which you first denied and now show up a graph of exactly that.
I even recall you liking posts of people who were saying it was only 8 inches per mile no matter how many miles.
That's until you found out differently, so I'm all good with it.

You keep to the bath but remember there is no water curve in a bath no matter how much you pretend it's so minor over your global spinning Earth.
People are just coaxed into taking leave of their own senses.
I understand it because I once was coaxed into exactly that.

Why?
Because the water curve is fiction. The water if flat and level and will remain level even if you tipped the bath up a little.
It would remain level if you tipped up a bowl a little.
It would remain level and flat if you sloped a swimming pool from deep to shallow, which we all know is a reality.

We can put this into simple perspective.

There's not a way in hell you can sow any reality to your spinning globe. None.

It is an answer and I know many people that's proven water to be level and flat.
You know it is and so does everyone else on here....etc.
The major issue is in going with the water curves mindset because you're basically told to do so.

You've basically been told to abandon your own logical senses in favour of utter gunk.
I was in exactly that same set up a few decades ago.
