They did achieve something. They brought everyone attention to the dismal situation at Villa and the club was sold shortly after. FWIW I do think the protests helped with the sale. But in the post I was picked up on I wasn't saying that. I was pointing out that Villa was indeed sold after the protests.

hardly likely to be sold before them in all honesty........
 
Protest against what? We have the worst owner, manager and team in the league? what will protesting do? make them not shit?
