If they could force the trucks to use the A19/A1290 or A1/A1231/A19/A1290 past the front of nissan I don't think anyone will have a problem but that's not what will happen despite any of the "promises" being made. That location will have trucks coming off the A1 and through the villages of Washington as many of them already do.
The only way to force them to use the major roads is to close cherry blossom (way making it a cul-de-sac with entry only from A1290) and close the road connecting the A1290 and Sulgrave at the old railway crossing and this is never going to happen imo.
