That’s a valid opinion even if some would disagree.

I just don’t see the qualities some seem to think he has that would make him a top flight player. I think he struggles when put under pressure on the ball and, as seen tonight and frequently, his quality in the final third lets him down. But the ‘fuck off back to league one’ stuff is daft and wrong. He’s quite clearly better than that.

He's way better than browne mind.

I’m not sure what that’s based on. Different styles of players but they’re both solid second tier players. Some interpret that as a diss when it isn’t. Evidently, very few of our players are top flight quality.

I would defo give him game time on Saturday. Would consider starting him over Browne who was miles off it tonight.

We really have to see what Aleksic can bring. An international player who we paid a few quid for, yet game after game he sits on the bench getting no time on the grass at all, and our midfield tonight was just average.
