He's right. The players haven't got the mentality and patience to play the passing game. There's always one resorts to a long ball or attempted through ball which isn't really on. You need to wait for the opposition to make a mistake and have the balls to keep possession without forcing it all the time. I'm sure he means no blame on the fans, he's saying the players feel the pressure from the fans - this guy knows his stuff. Why do fans always take offence, especially when things aren't going great?

Those players should take responsibility for their own actions on the pitch, not try to pass the blame onto us lot. They make things happen on the pitch, not us.
Its an easy get out clause to blame the fans, when its their lack of talent on the pitch that is where the real problem lies.
