There’s a lot about physicality and being stronger in that interview.

Yes, but it’s also about marking your man, cutting out the cross, catching the cross, passing and moving. This is what they should be drilling.

He looks a bit shot, like us, at the moment. I hope he turns it around, but Ipswich is going to be a big test and we’ll need to be on it in all areas of the pitch.

I agree. He couldn't say much more. The only concerns was he was almost getting into pleading with the fans to stick with him. I'm sure he knows that a defeat against Ipswich will lead to vocal criticism at the match which no owner likes to hear. Generally, though what he said was OK and made sense - I wish he didn't go on about philosophy so much though.
