Roll a tennis ball under your feet and get some new trainers.
I had it once for a few weeks years ago. Bloody knacked on a morning. It felt better rolling a tennis ball under it or standing on the edge of a kerb and moving my weight on the arch of my foot gradually back and forwards. Never had it again touch wood.
 
2 exercises sorted it for me.... Roll a frozen can of beer under your arch for ten minutes.... And sit in a chair and use your toes to pick up a pencil... These exercises loosen the band between your heel and toes..
