That's the best option from Franco Manca. For me it's a toss-up between that and some sort of salami and chilli (stick some basil on if you must have 3).
Wrong cheese for a pizza.
Gorgonzola's ok on a pizza (but in small amounts and not as the only cheese). The other two are horrendous picks.
