True, but not it'ts not so much the number of threads, rather that most of the posting overall is about NUFC - 150+ about Anthony Gordon in the last few hours and over 300 on PIF. That's probably more than those other 52 threads have combined in the same time period, despite there being so many positive things to discuss about SAFC. See above - it feels like the focus of SAFC fans is always on NUFC.

I dislike Newcastle United and it is a part of my identity as a Sunderland supporter to do so. I have no shame in admitting this. Since the takeover the crack from Mags has been absolutely off-the-scale warped and delusional, so news like this is funny because you never thought you’d play us again and now look. If the situation was reversed it would be the exact same. Don’t believe me: have a look at the thousands who lined the streets to welcome us a few weeks ago, and then try telling me you don’t care about how Sunderland are doing.

Don’t worry mate, we all still love Sunderland but fortunately we can do both and it’s way more fun.
