The more pertinent question is why do sad sack mags like yourself sign up on the board of a team they're "not bothered about" and pretend to be Sunderland supporters?

Because it's impossible to engage civilly with fans of rival clubs on social media so I'm posting on here.

True, but not it'ts not so much the number of threads, rather that most of the posting overall is about NUFC - 150+ about Anthony Gordon in the last few hours and over 300 on PIF. That's probably more than those other 52 threads have combined in the same time period, despite there being so many positive things to discuss about SAFC. See above - it feels like the focus of SAFC fans is always on NUFC.

Part of the reason is yous tried to ram it down everyone’s throats about being the richest club in the world, and were going for world domination.

Said a team like Sunderland would never compete with them again.

And here we are 5 year later having done the double over you, currently sitting higher than your shitshow of a club after 32 games in our first season back in top flight.

And now it’s looking more and more likely your fanbase has been completely done over by the Saudis, who couldn’t give a shit about yous.

So yeah we are absolutely pissing ourselves laughing.

I'm not pretending and it only took a minute to sign up. And NUFC forums aren't the best place to ask questions to SAFC fans.

You’re those ones who treat a couple of deserved losses to a club that is your equal in all reasonable measures as such an insult that your collective heads fall off. If you weren’t so utterly bothered about convincing yourselves how much better you are than us you’d maybe win the odd one.
