Was never a cross shot . Blasted from about 3 yards out. Fantastic reactions .
Thought he could of done better with the fourth.

With the greatest of respect what the hell are you talking about.

Salah puts the ball in from outside the box and the bloke running across the keeper misses it. Can’t really blame the keeper for not getting much on it as he can only react once everyone misses the ball but he didn’t do anything out of the ordinary.

Also wouldn’t blame him for the resulting goal from Chiesa.

One of us has been hitting the magic mushrooms.
My take on the goal, was that the ball was crossed , a defender and attacker went for the ball just short of the line . The attacker got there first,hitting the ball on the volley, which was pushed out by the keeper.
Chiesa banged it back in .
If that's not what happened I need to go to Specsavers.

I also thought that happened. Not so sure on the replay.
 
I thought he started well with a great save and a couple of very competent cross takes….Then Virgin TV went ‘fritzy’ and it was like watching through a kaleidoscope until the 92nd minute….🙄
Saw all of the goals after the game and he looked pretty average. But, not really fair to base any decision on his overall play, based on clips.
 
Seen a few of the goals he has conceded and the timing of his footwork seems off.

Little jump to set himself right after the attempt at goal so he can't dive for the ball until it's part way to the goal.

Definitely looks that way .
Hasn't been at fault for any of our goals . Has saved a penalty and today was absolutely outstanding .
I don't think that Petrovic has been as bad as some are suggesting ,just looks an average Premier League keeper, nothing outstanding .
Where as Roefs is younger , less experienced and has masses of potential. Hopefully our best since Tommy.
I think Patterson is a good keeper and ample backup to Roefs.
 
I quickly saw one of the goals conceded yesterday where a cross came over and he completely got caught under the ball. It was the kind of thing people accused Patterson of doing regularly, but I actually can't remember seeing Patto do it so bad.

Early days with all them like. I always think with young keepers it's their mentality and how they recover from mistakes without letting it effect them and we've not had anything apart from Roefs spilling a collection once or something so far. But from the clips I've seen so far I'm glad we didn't sign Petrovic and that we got Roefs.
 
i was originally in the give both lads time before I decided who was better but I am very happy we missed out on this lad, his decision making looks very iffy and his performance against Leeds wasn’t good

I was going to say this but didn't want to tempt fate of him turning into prime Buffon next weekend 😆. When Wilson controlled it he seemed to sprint towards the far post for some reason then couldn't get much on the shot that went nearer the middle than the near post!
