Well Neom is more of a half built concept in the middle of nowhere. Whole team/town/transfer is weirdProbably the worst shirt I’ve ever seen, I’m convinced they aren’t even a real team

Could we not go for Svilar ? We have the Roma connections (Ghisolfi and Le Fee and possibly even Guendouza shortly !) and Ghisolfi should have the inside line on what Roma might want in terms of cash.
Apparently svilar and ghisolfi had a bad relationshipCould we not go for Svilar ? We have the Roma connections (Ghisolfi and Le Fee and possibly even Guendouza shortly !) and Ghisolfi should have the inside line on what Roma might want in terms of cash.
Ran out of money for the project anarl, maybe will never happen.Well Neom is more of a half built concept in the middle of nowhere. Whole team/town/transfer is weird
No I think Johnstone is a backup keeper mate (if it even happens)Depressing if we've gone from Petrovic and Bulka to Johnstone.
Relax, these people know what they’re doing.. we’re not gonna chuck all this money about to go into the season with a half-baked ‘keeper starting.Depressing if we've gone from Petrovic and Bulka to Johnstone.
It wasn’t an organised event. It was just in someone’s garden. I over egged it a little bit![]()
SorryHa ha you’ve done me there. I was checking my emails last night, all I could find was some dog competition![]()
Have to admit, I read your post and took it as a given it was with the clubSorry![]()
It doesn’t really fit with everything that has come out so far from more reliable sources, the recruitment team have clearly identified goal keeper as an area we need to make a big improvement in, I can’t see us giving up this early in the transfer window.Depressing if we've gone from Petrovic and Bulka to Johnstone.
Sunderland are ready to move for Wolves keeper Sam Johnstone to fight with Anthony Patterson for a game.
The Black Cats have just brought in keeper coach Neil Cutler, as we revealed, and he is a huge fan of experienced Johnstone.
Cutler worked with Johnstone at Aston Villa and Wolves and would welcome a third chance at the Stadium of Light.
Sunderland have been looking for expensive keepers in Europe but may look at a relative bargain with Wolves.
The move may happen as a loan because Johnstone still has a couple of years on a contract at Wolves.

Johnstone is absolutely shite. If our new goalkeeping coach rates him...then I'm worried![]()

True- amazing that he’d agree to spend 5 years in a Bedouin tent round the back of a construction site. Power of cash for youI reckon it's more like "that goalkeeper at Wolves has been made available by them, who has a tenuous personal link with him that will let me throw out a spurious link to keep the SM engagement up"?
Yeah but the PIF ownership and petrodollars are real enough mate.

Clearly when discussing Herrington I referred to penshaw and the cleaver reference went well over my head fir that reason. ApologiesThe one that was on Durham Road is now a Lidl, hence the very clever (?) reference
