Perfect Porridge



Put oats in a bowl and very slightly cover with milk. Put in fridge overnight until oats soaked, stir in a big tablespoon of greek yogurt and some honey. Eat cold.
 
Rolled Oats, pinch of salt, honey, milk obvs.
Sometimes have honey and peanut butter with a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top.
Or add banana and peanut butter.
Have it most mornings now.
 
Porridge, Frozen Raspberries & Blueberries, Salt, Microwave for 2 minutes. Once out add a protein powder, Dollop of peanut butter and coconut shavings / nuts.
 
I’ve recently discovered the double porridgey bonus of using oat milk. I still whack brown sugar and cream on though!
 
Just milk and sugar for me.

Cant believe how many put salt on their porridge. I’m a salt addict on savoury food but could never put it on porridge 🤮.
