I thought he was in it for the long term. If he’s looking to bale out after one season I’d prefer he does go and we hopefully attract a more genuine owner.

It’s looking more and more like KLD’s tenure will represent another disappointing chapter in the clubs history.

If a club keeps losing money and losses build which the owners can’t or won’t cover then that club eventually goes into administration. Every club which has ever gone into administration does so for the same reason: losses and debts.
 
Remind me how administration went for Wigan,people talk as if its the plague.We need this lot out of our club or this shite will continue on a rinse and repeat basis.KLD has this close season to show his true intention for me or he he is added to the gruesome chancer gang.

I’ve renewed but not happy. Clubs an absolute mess with the share issue etc.Both on and off the pitch. There’s five around me who’ve went ranging for 25 to 40 years definitely not renewing and stopped going about four matches ago and I don’t blame them. Decent people. Sad times.
 
It's like a drug, so hard to quit. I'll be back again and again, and wishing I hadn't again and again.

Theres 8 of us who don't intend to with the chancers hanging around. If we don't get promotion they ( DoNald, Methane and Sartori) will have to dig deep again into their pocket to stop the club going bump IF KLD intends to bail out which from his comments he is committed to the club now. all this will he won't he is just shite from the usual source.
Another £4-6m will, imo fuck him completely which is why he he is desperately trying to sell at a price that will claw his losses back.. Donald alone with 39% shareholding is in for about £8m the same as KLD will be for his shares if the figures from KLD to be believed . The Chief Chancer is losing money hand over fist as long as we are down in the 3rd division. The opportunity of automatic promotion went before Christmas imo and now its touch and go whether the play offs are a route we can navigate.
 
I support Sunderland so I have renewed. Fair do's to those for whom it is no longer viable for financial reasons or due to ill health etc.

Watched plenty of shite over the years at Roker Park. A ground that was falling to bits and often in abysmal weather with under 15,000 in the ground and with clueless or unambitious owners in the boardroom.

Nowt to do with any of the bold mate...just had enough of the shite served up every single week with owners who do not give a shiney shit about my football club. The easily spout out a rhetoric that sounds caring but apart from any protesting, which seems to have fallen by the way side, the only option to remove them by whatever means necessary and despite the repercussions of what could happen, not renewing is mine and my mates only option to stop as some chancer eloquently put it.............................. "The piss taking party stop now".

Are you still going to the games now or have you jacked it in for the rest of the season?

Hypothetical question obviously but would you go to the play off final if we get there? Likewise would you renew if we get promoted?

No still using the season cards up but if there is no change by the time the 3rd June comes around with the ownership then we not renewing. Other years 20+ is been DD renewal but after the Covid season we have just paid at the ticket office up front. What was once a pleasure to go , and I been over the past 50+ years to some real shit seasons, We took the decision after the fiasco at the end of January (the Friday Night Alex Neil was appointed funnily enough) that enough was enough. Yes , we will still support the lads just not monetarily anymore.

We're just about to take out a season at Durham CC, only ever been once before but it certainly will not be any worse than the way my club is being run at the minute. Of course, there could still be a change of mind IF KLD or another party does take full control of SAFC that looks competent , doesn't lie through their teeth, really means to engage, lloks like they know what they are doing, do not us philosophy to bull shit with the supporters and give a forward looking plan that we (our 8) could go with. The way it is at the minute, it is more frightening than at any other time I have witnessed or seen supporting the lads
